Meditation      

Weekly Practice

Weekly practice is on  Wednesdays at 7:00 pm and Sunday at 8:00 am.

If you are a first-time visitor, just let us know and we will provide some basic instruction on the meditation forms we use:  sitting, walking, bowing and chanting.  Please arrive 10 minutes early, since we lock the doors to maintain privacy and security promptly at the start times.  Dress is casual and comfortable.
